When I looked at this poem, I see the patterns of the derailments and the crashes. The way I read your poem was that every time there was a derailment, I would think of the poem as starting a new idea, or a new senrence. This reminds me of Flowers by Wendy Videlock: (http://bit.ly/XJ5c7C). Even though the subject matters are quite different, they both have this repetitive structure that repeats once there is a new idea being presented.
